Hemisphere Oneis an independent United States retailer of hair care products manufactured in Brazil by Loofer Brazil. We resell genuine products with the manufacturer's authorization.

We are not the manufacturer. Loofer Brazil is a separate company and is not responsible for this website, its contents, or any transaction you make with us. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the genuine goods we sell.

The products we sell are cosmetics. They are intended to cleanse, condition, and improve the appearance and feel of hair. They are not drugs, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, prevents, or cures a condition, or that it alters the structure or function of the body.

Cosmetics are not subject to pre-market approval by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and no statement on this site has been evaluated by the FDA.

Descriptions of what a product does are descriptions of appearance and feel. Results depend on hair type, condition, and how a product is used, and will differ from person to person.

• For external use only. Keep away from the eyes, and rinse thoroughly if contact occurs.
• Patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or a history of reactions.
• Stop using a product immediately if irritation, redness, or discomfort occurs.
• Read the ingredient list if you have a known allergy.
• Keep out of reach of children.

Nothing on this site is medical or professional advice. If you have a scalp or skin condition, or you are pregnant or nursing, speak to a doctor or qualified professional before using a new product.

These products are made in Brazil for the Brazilian market. Packaging and inserts may carry Portuguese-language text. Where that is the case, we provide the information you need in English on the product page. Formulations, sizes, and packaging can change without notice when the manufacturer revises them.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we accept it, which is when we dispatch your parcel. We may decline or cancel an order — refunding you in full — if an item turns out to be out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.

Stock shown on the site is our best information but is not a guarantee, and an item can sell out between your order and our packing it. If that happens we will contact you and refund the affected item.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout where it applies. Shipping is added at checkout before you pay.

Payment is processed by Stripe on its own hosted checkout page. We never receive or store your card details. Your order is confirmed when Stripe confirms the payment, not when you are returned to this site.

Delivery times, rates, and the conditions under which we accept returns are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

The text, photography, and design of this site are ours, and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We work to keep product information accurate, but we do not warrant that every description, price, or availability figure is free of error, and we reserve the right to correct mistakes.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have an adverse reaction to a product, tell us — we want to know, and we are required to take such reports seriously.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that state.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it, and the date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
